为了完成您的退货,我们需要收据或购买证明。只需将原始订单确认书/收据的副本附在已部分使用的瓶子上,然后插入运输包装中。 

退款(如果适用) 

收到并检查您的退货后,我们将向您发送电子邮件,通知您我们已收到退回的物品。我们还将通知您批准或拒绝退款。退款的拒绝可能包括退款请求者最初购买物品的情况。如果您获得批准,则将处理您的退款,并在一定天数之内(通常在收到后的3-5个工作日内)自动将信用额度应用于您的信用卡或原始付款方式。

退款逾期或遗失(如果适用)

运输

RETURN POLICY

Returns 

We hope you like USA hHB series rhinitis products, but if you feel that this product is not suitable for you, we will provide a 15 day refund guarantee for your latest purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, just email within 15 days after ordering( info@usahhb.com Or contact us at 689-777-2222,

 

 

Then return some unused items by means of transportation, and return the original price paid for the unused items after deducting the transportation expenses.In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Just attach a copy of the original order confirmation / receipt to the partially used bottle and insert it into the shipping package.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned items. We will also inform you of approval or refusal of refund. The rejection of a refund may include the initial purchase of the item by the refund requester. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days (usually within 3-5 working days of receipt).

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you do not receive confirmation of the receipt of the item 7 days after the item is returned, or if you do not receive a refund 7 days after USA hHB notifies you that the return has been approved, please check your bank account again to make sure the refund has been received. Then, contact your credit card company and / or bank as it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. If you have completed all of these operations but have not received a refund, please go to info@usahhb.com Contact us.  

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items when they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, please email us to info@usahhb.com And then send your items to our designated warehouse.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the gift giver will find out about your return. 

Shipping 

To return the product, we will tell you our warehouse address by email. You will be responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the returned items. Transportation costs originally charged (e.g. express transportation) are not refundable.

 

If the value of the goods you send back exceeds $50, you should consider using a traceable delivery service or purchasing transportation insurance to ensure that we will receive your returned items.

 

Depending on your residence, the time of return may vary. We always seek to process refunds in a timely manner. The time to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on the distance from the delivery company to your location.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

We do our absolute best to get you your packages in a timely manner. Nearly every order placed during weekdays will ship from our fulfillment center within 1 Business Day of when your order is submitted.

 

If your order is placed over the weekend or late on Friday afternoon your package will most likely be shipped out the following Monday (excluding Holidays). Order placed after 5:30pm EST on Sundays, may not go out until the following Tuesday (excluding Holidays).

 

Once your order leaves our facility, it will arrive to you in about 2 to 6 business days.For those who need their packages faster, we offer an expedited option for an additional charge. You can view this option when you check out.
